Install the mobile app

Install Agentknock on the phone that will hold your credentials and review requests from your computers. The Android app requires Android 8.0 or later and internet access for setup and requests.

Install the Android app

The Android app is in public beta. Join the beta on Google Play with the Google account you use on your phone, then follow the link to the store listing and select Install.

Updates are delivered through Google Play as usual.

Open the app

Select Continue on the welcome screen. Setup asks you to choose a public pairing address and how the app should use Android authentication. Configure a secure Android screen lock to use the authentication options. Select Claim pairing address to finish setup; if the address is taken, choose another.

When offered Allow notifications, enable them to receive alerts for requests that need your decision. Not now lets you continue and handle requests in the app. You can change this later in notification settings.

Once the app opens its main screen, continue with Getting started to pair your first computer and try a credential. The device setup reference explains the setup choices and errors in more detail.

An iOS app is not yet available.
